For our business unit MCS (MOL Consolidation Service ) we are looking for a Regional Commercial Manager EU.
Your role as a Regional Commercial Manager EU
In this role, you will be responsible for increasing revenue and market share by developing and implementing innovative sales strategies, building and nurturing strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Your focus will span both existing markets and exciting new growth areas, all aimed at strengthening our competitive edge in the industry.

The job
Commercial management:
- Primary contact for all Europe based customers.
- Maintaining and expanding existing customer portfolios.
- Quotation to customers.
- Improving customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of service, quality and efficiency.
- Agency coordination for the entire Europe region.
- Pricing for less container load, full container load and AIR.
- Manages the agency cost and pricing for operations in Europe.
- Account receivable/ P&L - with MLG NL.
- Control of contract agreements, SLA's, KPIs, monitoring volume.
- Maintaining relationships with key suppliers such as shipping companies, air cargo companies and carriers.
Your profile
- Experience as Account Manager and with operational activities for clients.
- Experience in Purchase Order Management.
- Involvement in business wide fulfilment.
- Communication and meetings with coworkers worldwide (in different timezones).
- Knowledge of sea- and airfreight is a must.
- Sufficiency in English and German is essential.
- Availability to travel.
